Dexter just won the 2008 Mr. Olympia last night (Sep. 27th) in Las Vegas.  In this interview, hear his thoughts on the other competitors, including how "Jay doesn't know how to make the proper adjustments".

Lou Ferrigno came out at the 1992 Mr. Olympia, challenging Dorian Yates.  What's incredible is that Lou, at age 41, was able to pack on 20 lbs. of raw muscle to his already massive frame for the contest.  He ultimately placed 12th.
