In this old segment from American Muscle Magazine interview, Lou Ferrigno talks about how bodybuilding has changed since the golden years in the 70s and the stigma against older bodybuilders.

A fan created this great dramatic mix highlighting the showdown between Lou and Arnold at the Mr. Olympia.

Lou Ferrigno came out at the 1992 Mr. Olympia, challenging Dorian Yates.  What's incredible is that Lou, at age 41, was able to pack on 20 lbs. of raw muscle to his already massive frame for the contest.  He ultimately placed 12th.
